Male presenting dancers:

• White leotard, or a short-sleeved white T-shirt worn inside tights

• Navy or black tights

• Dance belt required

• White socks

• SHOES:  Black or white ballet slippers with white elastic

Inter 2 / Senior 1 / Senior 2 Ballet Companies

 Female presenting dancers:

• Plain black leotard

• Pink ballet tights

• SHOES:  Canvas split-sole ballet slippers (Pointe shoes ONLY if confirmed by your instructor)

Male presenting dancers:

• White leotard, or a short-sleeved white T-shirt worn inside tights

• Navy or black tights

• Dance belt required

• White socks

• SHOES:  Black or white ballet slippers with white elastic

 Contemporary

• Leotard or other snug-fitting top

• Dance shorts and/or tights (convertible or footless)

• SHOES:  Foot “undies” (any of the style below)

Hip Hop

• Clothing that is loose, comfortable and easy to move in (sweatpants and T-shirt or tank top preferred)

• No jeans

• SHOES:  Sneakers with CLEAN SOLES

Jazz

•  Leotard or other snug-fitting top

• Jazz pants/snug yoga pants or dance shorts

• Tights or thin socks

• SHOES:  Black slip-on jazz shoes (no lace-up)

Jazz, Lyrical & Contemporary

• Jazz pants/snug yoga pants or dance shorts

• Tights or thin socks

• SHOES:  Black slip-on jazz shoes (no lace-up)

Tap

• Any fitted dancewear, or other non-restrictive clothing that is easy to move in (but not so loose that it

  becomes a hazard)

• No jeans, no little/short-shorts

• SHOES:  Black Capezio Teletone taps, hard sole, oxford lace up shoes are preferred for more experienced

  tappers. (Bloch, Capezio, and So Danca brands are acceptable)

Tap/Jazz

• Leotard or other snug-fitting top

• Jazz pants/snug yoga pants or dance shorts

• Tights or thin socks

• SHOES:  Tap Shoes (can be purchased at Limbers / Buttercups / DanceCraft) & black slip-on jazz shoes (no lace-up)
